Which comtesse and which vicomte? It doesn’t really matter: the elegant duo represented in these Rococo busts have enough of an air of fantasy that we can name them whatever we please. Set against frames and swags of acanthus, they will be mounted above the main staircase, so visitors can admire them as they make their way up from the Hallway to the reception rooms on the First Floor.
