Originally published in London by Frederick Warne & Co around 1890. While not quite as readable as the facsimiles of the McLoughlin Bros books by the same artisan, this charming little volume includes lots of familiar nursery rhymes, such as ‘Little Jack Horne’, ‘Simple Simon’ and ‘Little Boy Blue’, as well as the titular classic, ‘Ride a Cock-Horse to Banbury Cross’.
