Stokesay Ware are the Wedgwood of the miniature world: the purveyors of classic crockery for the very best kitchens and dinner tables. I live in hope of one day buying a miniature dinner service from them, but for now we’re focusing on building a collection of their beautiful Victorian storage jars for our pantry. These are the first three to enter our collection, and I decided to choose jars for sultanas, raisins and currants, which means that Mrs Trescothick will already be well supplied for her Christmas cakes and puddings.
