Provenance: Purchased by us from Neil’s Etsy shop in September 2023.

Neil’s work is always intricate, but I’m particularly impressed with his smaller-scale sculpture. This reduced copy of Rodin’s magnificent male nude can happily stand on top of a bookcase (see below) or perhaps on a tabletop in a hallway, and yet it loses none of its power. We’ve temporarily assigned it to the Library, as its delicate scale might result in it being overpowered among the larger pieces in the Gallery.
