I’ve admired the Tates’ miniature wheelchairs for some time, and finally decided to take the plunge with this bath chair. Delicately woven with thread to imitate wicker, it has a couple of comfy cushions and a shawl draped over the arm: perfect for wheeling Grandmama out into the garden on a fine day. There is a sturdy brass handle, and wheels that actually turn. The ideal place to ensconce an elderly relative in a sunny corner while the rest of the family plays croquet or tennis.
