Koni Coursien is half of the creative duo behind Northern Lites Miniatures, based in Libby, Montana. The other ‘half’ of the business is her mother, Teresa Dudley. Between them they create a remarkable selection of miniatures with an emphasis on medical accessories: where else could you find a miniature electroshock machine, guillotine, sharps disposal bin, specimen jars, hospital bed, bottles of ether or autopsy table? Their Facebook page hasn’t been updated since 2016, but Teresa has an active Etsy page for the company, so I presume they’re still going strong.
